Collectorvintagewatches.com sells pre-owned collector watches and is not an authorized dealer for any brand of watch sold on this website. Collectorvintagewatches.com is not affiliated with any watch manufacturer.

When making a purchase from collectorvintagewatches.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT:
Payments can be made through the website using VISA, Mastercard, or through bank to bank wire transfers.

Orders over $3000.00 must be paid through a bank to bank wire transfer. No other payment method will be accepted for orders over $3000.00. Please contact us at 865-494-1322 or email us to obtain bank information.

International Buyers: Please contact us at 865-494-1322 or email us prior to placing an order.

With a web based business there is potential for fraudulent behavior. Because of that we reserve the right to ask for a copy of identification or credit cards in order to make sure our watches arrive to the person that has actually paid for them.

SHIPPING:
All orders will ship immediately upon payment verification Monday through Friday using the UPS option you have chosen on the order screen.

All orders ship insured for the purchase price of the watch. The cost of insurance is included in all UPS options.

REFUND POLICY:
100% satisfaction is guaranteed at collectorvintagewatches.com. We want you to be thrilled by your collector watch. We allow a 3 day review period on watch purchases. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return a watch for a refund, simply email us within 3 days of receiving your watch(es). We will confirm your refund request by email. The buyer is then responsible for returning the watch by trackable, insured mail in a well padded box within 7 days of the original delivery date. Watches must be received in the same condition as when sent by collectorvintagewatches.com. Watches that have been altered or damaged by the buyer will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the buyer. No refunds will be honored beyond the 3 day review period for any reason. Refunds will be for the watch purchase price only and the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance charges, as well as purchase fees incurred depending on your method of payment.

In order to protect from fraudulent behavior, every watch is meticulously photographed inside and out before it is shipped to you.

WATERPROOF/WATER RESISTANT WATCHES:
Many of the watches listed on collectorvintagewatches.com include "waterproof" or "water resistant" in their descriptions. That description refers to the watch at its time of manufacture. In their vintage state, these watches may no longer be waterproof/water resistant. Collectorvintagewatches.com does not guarantee that any watch will be water resistant/waterproof including watches that were originally designed to be water resistant/waterproof. Please do not engage in any activity that would put the watch at risk of getting wet. When purchasing a watch from Collectorvintagewatches.com, the buyer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the watch and any personal loss or damage suffered as a result of watch failure.

TIMEKEEPING ABILITY OF OUR WATCHES:
www.collectorvintagewatches.com sells collector watches which may not keep perfectly accurate time. These watches are valuable as collector pieces rather than as perfect time keepers. While www.collectorvintagewatches.com makes every effort to adjust each watch to keep accurate time, we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the inaccuracy or failure of any watch.

By purchasing a watch from www.collectorvintagewatches.com, the buyer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the watch and any personal loss or damage suffered as a result of watch failure or inaccuracy.
