Superb condition 14Kt bezel with original 14Kt clasp. (The clasp alone is worth $350.) This is a 1964 1005 (same as the famous Zephyr with different bezel), serial number 1, 107,xxx. The watch is serviced and has been regularly serviced. It is an automatic with a very high grade 26 jewel movement. Movement is a 1560, which is highly regarded being also in the 1016 Explorer model as well as the Submariner. The watch is smooth with full screwdown 14Kt Gold crown. Without reservation it is "simple elegance." Truly collectible or wear it every day. |
